Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Clinical Data Analytics, Statistics, and Quality Measures.
• 8+ years of experience in advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
• 1+ years Prompt engineering in healthcare workflow projects.
• Support AI-enabled analytics or automation use cases using structured and unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate analytics efforts to ensure standardized, high-quality data reporting.
• Develop and enhance clinical dashboards for decision support.
• Provide performance insights to committees and leadership groups.
• Partner with senior executives to monitor strategic clinical objectives.
• Mentor and lead department teammates; contribute to training programs.
• Apply AI-driven innovations to improve workflow efficiency and outcomes.
