Job summary

PNC in-office Senior Relationship Manager in Healthcare Business Banking seeks an experienced professional to lead client relationships in Florida. Based in Sarasota, Naples, or Fort Myers, you will grow revenue, expand share of wallet, and coordinate cross-bank solutions with risk-aware clients.

You will build a strong network, partner with internal teams, and guide clients through complex financial needs while upholding PNC's commitment to service, integrity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• University/college degree with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Specific certifications may be required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
• Acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being.
• Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
• Through discovery conversations, identifies and implements client solutions and collaborates with internal business partners.
