The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor or Master of Architecture, SACAP registration, and at least 8 years of architectural experience with 5+ in healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Lead the architectural design and planning of new healthcare facilities and renovations.
• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to define functional programs and space requirements.
• Ensure designs adhere to healthcare building codes, standards, and accessibility regulations.
• Develop detailed design documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
• Coordinate with medical equipment planners and MEP engineers to integrate complex systems.
• Manage project teams and consultants to ensure timely delivery of design phases.
• Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies for healthcare projects.
• Stay current with advancements in healthcare design, technology, and best practices.
