Qualifications

• Six or more years of application, web and product design and support across the development life cycle.
• Strong foundation in software and product design methodologies, languages, operating systems and web development.
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare technologies is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams to design, develop, test and install complex applications.
• Bridge gaps between application architects and developers to ensure design requirements are accurate and deliver ROI.
• Create design, coding and testing documentation for clients.
• Apply development methodologies and best practices from project teams.
• Act as technical consultant to senior management on projects.
