Job summary

Gainwell Technologies in Gold River, CA is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer for a hybrid onsite role. You will build UI with React, data pipelines, and AWS-based integration layers that extend our Amazon Connect platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong React experience (hooks, state management, components).
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (CTR data, flows, CCP).
• Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming data.
• Familiarity with IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/SAM, and AWS security best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Preferred AWS Certifications: Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate/Professional.

Responsibilities

• Build advanced UI features using React including CCP extensions and embedded agent tools.
• Design and optimize SQL data models for reporting and workflows.
• Develop integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, and Kinesis.
• Implement data ingestion and transformation for CTRs and agent events.
• Build secure, scalable APIs/microservices aligned with AWS Well-Architected principles.
• Participate in architectural design sessions for contact center modernization.
• Mentor developers and enforce engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot issues across UI, API, AWS services, and data layer.
