Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a data analytics professional to drive KPI collection, analysis, and reporting. You will design analyses and dashboards, translate business requirements into actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and data quality.

Senior-level analytical skills and strong communication are essential. You will work with SQL, Excel, and end-user reporting tools, ensuring accurate and timely leadership-ready metrics and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, CS, Quantitative Business Analysis, or closely related field
  • Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience
  • Preferred Master's Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research
  • Experience with SQL, Python, UNIX, MS Office, and data visualization tools

Responsibilities

  • Collect source data from departments and design analyses/reports; publish dashboards and executive presentations
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets
  • Develop data collection systems and automate processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure data quality and consistent reporting; document changes and maintain data integrity
