Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, economics, statistics, informatics or mathematics.
• Epic Certification – clinical data model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technical requirements and deliverables for high-level reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams and external stakeholders to define feasible requirements.
• Determine optimal development approach for reporting/analysis projects.
• Act as a technical resource, providing guidance to less-experienced analysts and interns.
• Assist in testing, validating, and deploying requests prior to go-live.
