Job summary

Milliman MedInsight seeks a Senior Product Strategist to shape provider analytics strategy and 12-24 month roadmaps. You will translate market intelligence and client needs into differentiated products in collaboration with TPMs, GMs and cross-functional teams.

You will lead market validation, business cases, and commercialization efforts, focusing on risk-bearing providers, ACOs, therapy analytics, and AI-enabled enhancements across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology or related field.
• 5-8+ years in product strategy, management, or healthcare consulting.
• Experience with payer-adjacent workflows is strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate clinical, operational and commercial needs into scalable product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's provider analytics and data portfolio.
• Lead market validation, business cases, and requirements for product roadmaps.
• Prioritize investments and guide cross-functional teams through 12-24 month plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and GM to commercialize offerings.
• Lead opportunities spanning risk-bearing providers, ACOs, and pharmacy analytics.
