Qualifications

• 5 years leading design and analytics projects in clinical/population health.
• 5 years with coding languages and data using claims, clinical, enrollment data.
• 3 years of project leadership in matrixed environments.
• 3 years of analytical consultation to stakeholders.
• Prefer health care analytics background and tools: R, SQL, BigQuery, Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and interpret clinical and population health analyses and reports.
• Build relationships with clinical, administrative, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders.
• Act as strategic partner and provide thought leadership.
• Mentor colleagues across the enterprise.
• Other duties as assigned.
