You will aggregate and interpret complex data, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and serve as a consultative technical expert for internal and external customers.

Requires substantial experience with clinical and population health analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring colleagues, with emphasis on reporting and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health, analytics or related field.
• Extensive experience leading clinical/population health analyses and reports.
• Strong data cabling across claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, execution and dissemination of clinical/population health analyses.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure actionable analytics.
• Provide mentorship and act as a subject matter expert across the enterprise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
