Qualifications

• 2 years of leading design, execution and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting
• 2 years of coding using claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data
• 1 year of project leadership in a complex environment
• 1 year of analytical consultation to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Supports design, development, execution and interpretation of clinical and population health analyses to identify opportunities for improving health outcomes and costs
• Establishes relationships with stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable and aligned with priorities
• Serves as a strategic partner providing thought leadership and SME
• Mentors Senior/Lead analysts and colleagues
• Other duties as assigned or requested
