Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is seeking a quality improvement professional to advance value-based care across a 22-county region. The role emphasizes data management, performance reporting, and clinical outcomes across TMH’s system.

You will collaborate with providers and leadership to close care gaps, support accreditation activities, and drive continuous improvement through analytics and education. A strong background in healthcare quality and EHRs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Highschool diploma.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, population health, value-based care, or related healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Quality Reporting: Collect, validate, analyze, and report quality and VBC performance data.
• Quality Improvement & Gap Closure: Coordinate and support quality improvement initiatives; identify care gaps and develop action plans.
• Provider Engagement & Education: Serve as a resource and educator for providers, clinical staff, and leadership regarding VBC programs and quality measures.
• Compliance & Regulatory Support: Maintain working knowledge of NCQA standards and regulatory requirements; conduct audits.
• Program Coordination: Collaborate with clinical operations, population health, care management, and leadership on quality initiatives.
