The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, standardization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align analytics with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5 years of work experience beyond degree.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
• Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Master's degree in Data Science, Healthcare Analytics, Healthcare Economics or related field; Management consulting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts on advanced and applied data analysis techniques.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of healthcare affordability data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop standardized methodologies for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure consistency.
• Prepare dashboards and engaging presentations for leadership, articulating findings and recommendations.
• Prioritize analytics projects, set clear metrics for success, and manage timelines for timely insights.
• Develop capability to measure long-term value from affordability efforts over multiple years.
