Healthfirst is seeking a Senior Analyst in Audit and Compliance Analytics to leverage healthcare data, analytical tools, and business knowledge to support Internal Audit, Compliance Analytics, and Claims Configuration Audit initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks, evaluate controls, and develop dashboards that drive operational excellence and payment accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming skills.
• Experience with MS Office suite (Access, Excel, Word).
• Expertise with SQL for data analysis and querying.
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and Redshift or similar tools.
• Applied statistics knowledge (distributions, testing, regression).
• Ability to run queries from a data warehouse.
• Innovating and implementing audit techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and time management.
• Experience communicating technical information to multi-level staff.
• Ability to manage heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and risks.
• Support Internal Audit, Compliance, and Claims Configuration Audit activities with data analysis and reporting.
• Develop SQL, SAS or other queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Evaluate data quality and standardize data structures for consistent reporting.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and monitoring tools for leadership insights.
• Summarize findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assist in validating claims configuration changes and business rules.
• Document analytical processes and business requirements.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Claims Operations, IT, and other partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
