Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of advertising agency experience required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare preferred.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical MLR review process and Veeva.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Partner with the team to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for timely deliverables.
• Manage submission process and review all deliverables and aggregate team feedback.
• Develop strategic and actionable project briefs.
• Communicate client changes and rationale to internal team after client reviews.
• Prepare weekly status reports and coordinate weekly project status calls.
• Actively monitor headlines for brand and competitor news, trends, and opportunities.
