Fingerpaint Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our healthcare advertising team. You will support leadership in account management and work with agency leaders to ensure top-tier client service and a quality experience.

The candidate must be located within commuting distance to our Cedar Knolls, New Jersey office. We require 2–4 years of advertising agency experience, with pharma/healthcare exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables and ensure that projects are executed on time and on budget.
  • Partner with the team to efficiently manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Manage submission process and review all deliverables and aggregate team feedback.
  • Develop strategic and actionable project briefs.
  • Communicate client changes and rationale to internal team after client reviews.
  • Prepare weekly status reports and set up weekly project status calls.
  • Monitor headlines for current brand and competitor news, trends, and white space opportunities.

The Opportunity: Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. This individual will be instrumental in mastering day-to-day account management skills and beginning to develop mentoring and management skill sets. You will be responsible for supporting leadership in account management and working with agency team leaders to facilitate optimal client service and a quality experience.

Key Responsibilities
Core Function:

What You'll Bring: Required Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience:
  • 2-4 years of advertising agency experience required.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare.
Specialized Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review process and systems (Veeva).
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketplace and ad formats.
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and collaboratively.
  • Experience preparing financial worksheets and reports.
Skills:
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills.
  • Highly effective communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables.
  • Ability to travel locally to clients.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Media experience is a plus.
