Fingerpaint Group is seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills, and will be instrumental in mastering day-to-day account management while beginning to develop mentoring and management skill sets.

You will support leadership in account management and work with agency team leaders to facilitate optimal client service and a quality experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of advertising agency experience required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Partner with the team to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Review deliverables and aggregate team feedback.
• Develop strategic and actionable project briefs.
• Communicate client changes and rationale to internal teams.
• Prepare weekly status reports and set up weekly project status calls.
• Monitor headlines for brand trends and white space opportunities.
