Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our Health and Welfare team. You will translate complex business requirements for Annual Enrollment and ongoing projects, ensuring systems meet client needs and regulatory guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in business analysis, strong data analysis, and excellent communication skills. Experience with Health & Welfare benefits administration and Agile is a plus; on-site roles are being phased in across regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
5–7 years of Business Analysis experience, with Health and Welfare Annual Enrollment exposure.
Experience in benefits administration or outsourcing administration (H&W) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and analyze complex client requirement changes for Annual Enrollment and ongoing projects.
Perform complex data analysis and reporting for effective client decisions.
Create test scenarios for system acceptance and support UAT activities.
Collaborate on development, execution, and transition of interim needs.
Conduct root cause analysis and assist with training and QA checks.
