Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Consultant Business Analyst to deliver Health and Welfare business analysis for client projects.

You’ll develop requirements for record-keeping, work with a team of health professionals, and ensure systems align with client needs. The role emphasizes collaborating with the HealthCare Consulting director, supporting data conversion, validation, and training material creation while maintaining strong client relationships and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience.
• Understanding of benefits administration system.
• Prior client implementation and/or platform migration experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel with VLOOKUP.
• Ability to independently manage workload.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Regulatory/legal knowledge in aligned service area.
• Document findings and create training materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis support for client advised projects.
• Translate client needs into system requirements and test cases.
• Collaborate with the COE implementation team on client variations and data conversion.
• Support validation and testing to ensure client requirements are met.
