Priority Health is seeking a Senior Underwriter to analyze employer risk and set competitive, financially sound premium rates for Large Group Commercial accounts. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant underwriting and robust pricing strategies.

The role requires strong health underwriting expertise, data analysis skills, and the ability to support renewal and proposal processes while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years of underwriting experience in related field.

Responsabilités

• Assess employer risk profiles and develop fully insured rates for current and prospective group accounts.
• Calculate and recommend final rates for renewals and proposals in collaboration with Sales.
• Run reports and investigate high claim issues for group clients.
• Coordinate self-funded proposals and renewal requests with carriers.
• Provide technical assistance in communicating admin fees, premium rates and financial exhibits.
