Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to own end-to-end management of a portfolio of applications and solutions that create value for the medical center. You will lead roadmap creation, user-centered design, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers, QA, and business partners.

You will drive daily planning, prioritize work, and oversee one or more delivery pods, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and measurable success metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience on a digital product team.
• Adept at translating product strategies into delivery roadmaps.
• Experience leading an agile product development team to deliver products aligned to business strategy and user needs.
• Experience facilitating the digital product development lifecycle (vision, prioritization, requirements, launch, analytics).
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Mastery of product management tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp) to lead delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day planning, prioritization, execution, and operational maintenance for full product experiences across multiple streams.
• Leads one or more product delivery pods to execute against the product roadmap (e.g., engineers/QA).
• Builds organizational knowledge and develops relationships with business and operational partners.
• Maintains product roadmap and strategy documentation and navigates prioritization with stakeholders and development teams.
• Conducts technology or product assessments for competitive analysis and defines success criteria and metrics.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners across the organization to develop innovative solutions and drive value.
• May supervise others, including contracted resources.
