Responsibilities

• Oversee product delivery pods with engineers and QA, aligning with the roadmap.
• Build relationships with business and operational partners to enable decisions.
• Establish success metrics and conduct competitive assessments.
• Collaborate across IT, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and UX/Design.
• May supervise contractors and other team members.
