Job summary

CG Oncology, Inc. is seeking a Health Systems Director to drive the strategic plan for Health Systems, IDNs, and academic/large group practices in national and regional markets. You will engage at the C‑suite level, align market access, and lead pull-through to ensure successful launches across CG’s portfolios.

The role requires strong account management, cross-functional collaboration, and extensive travel to support key accounts in major U.S. hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial experience in biopharmaceuticals or medical devices with 2–3 years in IDNs, large oncology/urology groups, payers or national/regional hospital systems.
• Travel as required, up to 75% based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Private Equity/Top LUGPAs/IDNs/Academic organizations.
• Lead national and regional engagement with key accounts to drive demand and pull-through.
• Collaborate with field leadership, market access, medical, marketing and operations to ensure launch success.
