Job summary

CG Oncology is seeking a Health Systems Director to develop and execute strategic plans with Health Systems, Private Equity/Top LUGPAs, IDNs, and Academic groups. The role focuses on national and regional markets, engaging senior decision makers, and driving demand and patient access across CG Oncology’s launch strategy.

The ideal candidate will reside within a reasonable distance of major hubs or be able to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

Five years of biopharma/commercial experience with IDNs, large oncology/urology practices, payers or national/regional hospital systems.
Experience selling to senior health-system decision makers and healthcare ecosystems.
Strong ability to map organizations, influence stakeholders and drive pull-through strategies.
Ability to travel up to 75% as required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans for Private Equity/Top LUGPAs/IDNs/Academic groups.
Drive demand and remove barriers to access in complex hospital networks.
Lead national/regional engagement strategies with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with field leadership, market access, medical, and marketing to launch CG Oncology products.
Provide market insights and identify risks and opportunities for success.
