Qualifications

• 12+ years in brand, communications, or CX strategy, with 5+ years in healthcare advertising.
• Deep expertise across therapeutic categories and US market launches.
• 8+ years of direct management leading senior strategists.
• Mastery of journey mapping, research, competitive analysis and personas.
• World-class presentation and storytelling for senior client audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic authority across assigned brands, providing clear direction.
• Architect and oversee brand, creative, and omnichannel strategies.
• Identify opportunities to apply SH data and new offerings on inline brands.
• Lead new business pitches with a winning strategic vision.
• Mentor Directors and Senior Strategists, fostering growth and curiosity.
• Enforce best practices and coordinate cross-office initiatives.
