Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Brand & New Business Strategic Leadership leader in Columbus, OH. This role drives strategic authority across brands and oversees brand, creative, communications, and omnichannel strategies to win new business.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in brand/ CX strategy within healthcare advertising, with 5+ years in leadership. Salary ranges are competitive; growth and mentorship are emphasized within the department.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in brand, communications, or CXStrategy, with at least 5 years within a healthcare advertising agency.
• Deep healthcare category expertise and proven US pharma/biotech brand launches; DTC and HCP experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic authority across assigned brands, providing clear direction internally and externally.
• Architect and oversee development of brand, creative, communications, and omnichannel strategies.
• Identify opportunities to apply SH proprietary data and predictive platform on inline brands/NB.
• Lead new business pitches with a clear, winning strategic vision.
