Culmen International seeks a Senior Health Services Researcher to support the Defense Health Agency's Implementation Science Support Services (IS3) program. You will provide expert consultation, evaluation, research, and analytical support to advance evidence-based healthcare across the Military Health System.

You will assess healthcare programs, synthesize evidence, and deliver strategic recommendations to improve delivery, readiness, and patient outcomes while collaborating with government

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent in health-focused field.
• Minimum of three years supporting Military Health System or similar defense/healthcare programs.
• Experience synthesizing evidence and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with report and briefing development.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex healthcare initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a senior advisor in health services research, program evaluation, implementation science, and healthcare improvement.
• Lead complex evaluations to identify opportunities for improving delivery, quality, performance, and outcomes.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for leadership and decision-makers.
• Support consultation projects through evidence synthesis, needs assessments, and program evaluations.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based practices.
