Job summary

Culmen International is seeking a Senior Health Researcher to support the Defense Health Agency's Implementation Science Support Services (IS3) program. The role serves as a senior subject matter expert assessing healthcare programs and providing strategic recommendations.

You will lead complex evaluations, develop executive briefs and presentations, and contribute to enterprise initiatives focused on implementation science and healthcare transformation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Services Research, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience supporting the Military Health System.
• Demonstrated experience conducting health services research and program evaluation.
