The role provides expert consultation, evaluation, and analytical support to advance evidence-based healthcare across the Military Health System, serving as a senior SME for assessing programs and translating findings into strategic recommendations.

• Change management experience or certification.

• Serve as senior advisor in health services research and healthcare improvement.
