Job summary

The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community, in Boise, ID, seeks an experienced Health Services Administrator to lead the Health Center (skilled nursing) and ensure compliant, high‑quality care for residents.

You will manage programs across nursing, social services, nutrition, rehab, spiritual life, and therapies within budgetary guidelines, driving person‑directed care and team performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Health Services Administrator.
• HSA license in the state of Idaho; licensure maintained via continuing education.
• Bachelor’s degree with a major in one of the professional disciplines related to service to people (e.g., social work, hospital administration, business).
• Memberships in professional/community organizations or equivalent training/experience.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing, social, food, medical, rehab, spiritual, health information and pharmaceutical programs are planned, implemented and evaluated to maximize quality of life and care.
• Oversee rehabilitation programs to maximize residents’ functioning.
• Identify and monitor quality indicators and assurance programs for resident care and services.
• Develop, implement and review resident care policies and procedures.
