Job summary

The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood Life Plan Community, is seeking an Executive Director to lead daily operations, inspire a talented team, and elevate resident experience in Boise, ID. This nonprofit campus emphasizes quality care, culture, and financial stewardship across clinical, administrative and service departments.

You will develop budgets, guide compliance, and oversee marketing, admissions and community relations while advancing HumanGood’s vision for healthspan and purposeful living.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level leadership experience in senior living administration or related field.
• Experience leading a Life Plan Community or comparable campus.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the senior living community.
• Hire, train and retain a high-performing team; ensure quality resident experiences.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for approval by leadership.
• Direct clinical, administrative and service departments; ensure compliance.
• Lead community engagement, marketing and admissions in partnership with leadership.
