Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in a healthcare admin or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day health services operations, including scheduling, staffing and resource allocation.
• Oversee two AHSAs, ensuring alignment with priorities and performance expectations.
• Support policy implementation for quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs: patient flow, service delivery, staff productivity.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff for efficient service delivery.
• Respond to data calls and inquiries from ICE, IHSC and partners; track issues to resolution.
• Maintain records under HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between departments, providers, and external partners.
• Coordinate administrative issue resolution involving AHSAs and leadership.
