The role supports incident investigations, data reporting, and continuous safety improvements under supervision, with emphasis on collaboration with field teams and contractors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience in Health and Safety.
• 5+ years of relevant Health and Safety experience, preferably in oil and gas.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes safety leadership and culture among employees.
• Provides cost-effective health and safety guidance to teams.
• Maintains health and safety data for reports and regulatory docs.
• Supports incident investigations, reviews, and training sessions.
• Collaborates with field personnel to ensure contractor compliance with health and safety standards.
• Participates in pre-project safety assessments and inspections.
• Supports emergency response and timely incident reporting.
• Verifies on-site practices to meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Develops basic business knowledge and learns from subject matter experts.
