• Perform corrective maintenance on well site equipment per environmental compliance.
• Develop and implement SOPs; prioritize projects and optimize operations.
• Coordinate with planners, engineers, supervisors and EH&S for safety and compliance.
• Train new maintenance personnel and maintain batteries, wells and plants for efficient production.
• Ensure work orders are executed promptly and accurately closed.
