Job summary

Northern New Mexico Integrated Security, a Constellis subsidiary, seeks an ES&H professional for on-site work in northern New Mexico. You will ensure compliance with DOE and OSHA standards, analyze hazards, and support incident investigations.

The role requires a DOE Q clearance, a valid NM driver’s license, and strong MS Office, written and verbal skills. Responsibilities include data reporting, safety program administration, and collaboration with medical and safety teams to protect personnel

Qualifications

  • Onsite work; position is not remote.
  • Minimum of four (4) years ES&H experience or a Bachelor’s/Master’s in a related field.
  • Currently have, or be able to obtain, a DOE Q level security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid NM driver’s license.
  • Certification in Occupational Safety and Health.

Responsibilities

  • Research, understand and maintain compliance with DOE safety and OSHA regulations.
  • Analyze activities for ES&H hazards and implement controls.
  • Assist with investigations, reporting and tracking of incidents.
  • Collect, analyze and report ES&H performance data.
  • Coordinate with Occupational Medicine and manage OSHA logs and worker comp cases.
  • Administer safety programs for Hearing, Sight, Motor Vehicle, Radiation Dosimetry and Hazardous Substances.
