NREP is seeking a Complex Health & Safety Manager to establish, promote, and oversee health and safety programs across the poultry processing complex, including the plant, feed mill, and hatchery. The role provides guidance on OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory interpretations to ensure compliance.

You will lead a team, develop training, manage permits, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement in environmental, health, and safety systems.

Qualificações

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant safety management/ compliance experience; experience within the food manufacturing industry preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated experience managing direct reports with the ability to inspire and guide teams
• Strong leadership with conflict resolution, interpersonal and influence skills
• Regulatory knowledge across OSHA, DOT, and related agencies; ability to apply policies and standards

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee health and employee safety programs for the complex
• Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures, and training for an injury-free workplace
• Lead the site’s Safety and Health Plan and budget development
• Audit regulatory requirements, guide corrective actions, and communicate resolutions
• Provide guidance on policies and regulatory guidelines to site leaders
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement of EH&S management and safety culture
• Mentor and train employees; support career development
