Arbor Research Collaborative for Health in Minnesota seeks a Research Scientist or Senior Research Scientist to advance health services research and epidemiology through rigorous statistical programming and analysis. You will design analytical approaches, run survival analyses with SAS, mentor junior analysts, present results to sponsors and policymakers, and contribute to proposals and manuscripts.

A master's or PhD in a quantitative field is required, with 4+ years of relevant experience and

Qualifications

Strong oral/written communication skills with a wide variety of audiences, including sponsors and policy makers.
Demonstrated Arbor Research project/contract expertise.
Contributions to field of health services research, biostatistics, or epidemiology; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Health research background.

Responsabilités

Work with lead investigators to coordinate research development and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Develop analytical approaches for specific research questions and verify coding accuracy in SAS.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to project objectives.
Present results in public forums to biostatisticians and non-biostatisticians, including clinicians.
