CVS Health s Aetna Enterprise Delivery team seeks an innovative, high-energy leader with strong analytic, Agile, and program management skills to drive delivery on critical initiatives in the Commercial Segment. This role will require an out-of-the-box problem solver who is intellectually curious with a demonstrated track record for executing in a high-demand, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years delivering programs in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years building and guiding PM/Scrum Master teams.
• 2+ years applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 2+ years budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years using MS Office and budget tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ including large projects.
• Manage Agile resources, contractors, and matrixed team members.
• Lead planning meetings, agendas, and reporting.
• Ensure deliverables are created and maintained over time.
• Interface with Senior leaders across the company.
• Oversee timelines and milestones with partners to hit objectives.
• Track multiple lifecycles and raise issues for resolution.
• Manage projects using CVS Agile methodology and PM practices.
• Coordinate with other leads to address risks and dependencies.
• Forecast resources and participate in quarterly forecasts.
