Job summary

Prometheus Federal Services seeks a Senior Consultant to support Veterans Health Administration programs in a multi-disciplinary team. You will contribute to program planning, landscape analyses, business cases, implementation plans, change management, and communications.

The role emphasizes needs assessments, stakeholder engagement, briefing materials, SOPs, checklists, and operations manuals. Travel to VA offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus eight years of experience or master's degree with six years in consulting/health gov entities.
• Experience with change management, process improvement, human-centered design, environmental/market analysis and/or qualitative/quantitative research.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear information; strong writing; able to develop business cases, SOPs, manuals and decks.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and travel for program meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of stakeholders from clinical to executive levels to design clinical interventions.
• Create journey maps and current/future state analyses.
• Conduct industry research to understand leading clinical practices.
• Analyze existing practices and recommend improvements.
• Work independently or in teams in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support long-term growth.
• Develop high-visibility deliverables and program artifacts (business cases, change/communications plans, manuals).
