Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, CS, IS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of experience using SQL for database queries, with strong joins and data analysis.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent project tracking software.
• Solid foundation in application architecture and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder sessions to translate business needs into functional designs and technical requirements.
• Document user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, and provide low-fidelity mock-ups and wireframes.
• Independently complete data mappings, write and review SQL queries, and validate data extracts.
• Research and resolve technical problems, identifying solution gaps and proposing future-state improvements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive application and system documentation, ensuring traceability from requirements to test plans.
