Job summary

Recology seeks a Senior Health Plan Analyst to manage a broad benefits portfolio, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability programs. You will lead annual renewal activities, ensure legal and contractual compliance, and coordinate with brokers, vendors, and Payroll for accurate reporting.

The role involves developing notices, communicating changes, and driving process improvements, with remote work option and potential travel for meetings.

Qualifications

• Four plus years of in-depth knowledge and experience in health benefit plan operations for large plans.
• Health broker/consultant experience preferred.
• CEBS or GBA certification preferred.
• Proficiency with COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, ACA and related laws.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills; HRIS and data reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of health benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability).
• Lead annual benefits renewal planning, communication, and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements and update policies.
• Manage benefit vendor and consultant relationships and contracts.
• Handle eligibility feeds and data updates for health vendors.
• Develop reports and analyses to inform decision-making.
