Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare IT, clinical applications, interface support, or medical device integration preferred.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, APIs, interfaces, device connectivity) preferred.
• Experience leading projects, implementations, or operational initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports clinical applications and medical device integrations enabling patient care workflows.
• Coordinates application configurations, upgrades, and go-live activities with clinical and technical stakeholders.
• Serves as escalation point for complex application and integration issues and supports testing/QA.
• Analyzes clinical workflows and technical environments to optimize health IT solutions.
• Contributes to onboarding and training and collaborates with vendors and customers.
