The Senior Applications Analyst at JPS Health Network maintains expert knowledge of assigned applications and uses IT experience to enhance workflows. You will design, build, test, validate, implement, and provide ongoing support for assigned applications while mentoring other analysts.

In this role, you will guide analysts and customers, manage incidents, and coordinate with contractors as needed to ensure reliable systems that meet clinical requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, a clinical field, or a related field.
• 5+ years implementing or supporting healthcare clinical or business applications.
• If required, must obtain current certification in assigned application(s) (e.g.) Epic certification within specified time frame.

• Maintains expert knowledge of assigned applications and supports workflows.
• Designs, builds, tests, validates, implements, and supports applications while mentoring analysts.
• Provides guidance to analysts and customers in support and enhancement of applications.
