Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex health informatics initiatives in Wisconsin. You will oversee discovery, planning, execution, and transition to operations, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and external partners. Strong governance and data security focus are required.

You will manage governance structures, roadmaps, and performance metrics while guiding teams through change management and deployment planning to achieve program outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, program and product delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including privacy, security, legal, procurement, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery life cycle from discovery through closure, establishing governance, scope, schedules, budgets, and success metrics.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external partners to meet project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project and product roadmaps, risk registers, status reports, and executive communications.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements across initiatives.
