Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Health Informatics Sr Analyst to lead advanced data initiatives supporting clinical programs, cost containment, and operational efficiency. You will partner with clinical services, pharmacy operations, product management, and client services to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights.

You will design dashboards, conduct advanced analyses, and mentor analysts while ensuring regulatory compliance and evidence-based decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health informatics, public health, CS, data science, statistics, or related field; HS diploma accepted with relevant experience.
At least 5 years of work experience in healthcare data analytics, with minimum 3 years in PBM or managed care.

Responsibilities

Analyze large-scale healthcare claims, eligibility, provider, and clinical data to identify trends and inform strategies.
Design, develop, and deliver dashboards and reports for pricing, risk evaluation, formulary compliance, and utilization management.
Forecasting models, predictive indicators, and analyses to measure program compliance and outcomes.
Lead the development of dashboards and visualizations, ensuring scalability and regulatory alignment.
Provide data-driven recommendations for formulary design and drug utilization review programs.
Partner with leadership to define issues, select analytic methods, and support executive decisions.
Mentor analysts and ensure best practices and standards.
