Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related field
• 5 years of work experience in healthcare data analytics, with at least 3 years in the PBM or managed care environment
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Experience with SQL, GCP, Python, or SAS for data extraction and analysis
• Certifications such as CHDA or PMP are a plus
• Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale healthcare data to identify trends and inform strategies
• Design, validate and automate dashboards and reports
• Develop forecasting models and statistical analyses to measure program outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to support executive decision-making
• Mentor Analysts and ensure best practices across the team
