Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Health Informatics Sr Analyst to lead advanced data initiatives supporting clinical programs, cost containment, and operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights and champion evidence-based decision-making.

The role focuses on analytics, forecasting, dashboarding, and regulatory alignment, with opportunities to mentor analysts and influence formulary and DUR strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, public health, CS, data science, statistics or related field; or equivalent.
• 5 years of work experience in healthcare data analytics, with at least 3 years in PBM/ managed care.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Qlik; strong data visualization and dashboarding skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy claims data, drug classifications, formulary management and rebates.
• Familiarity with NDC and medical coding (ICD, CPT, HCPCS).
• Experience with SQL, Python, SAS, and data extraction/analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale healthcare data to identify trends and inform strategies.
• Design, develop, and deliver advanced regular and ad-hoc reports for pricing, risk, adherence, and utilization.
• Lead forecasting models, predictive indicators, and statistical analyses to measure program compliance.
• Lead dashboard design and automation with scalability and regulatory alignment.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for formulary design and DUR programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to define issues and interpret complex data for decisions.
• Mentor Analysts and ensure alignment with best practices.
