The ideal candidate will bring at least ten years of H&W consulting, with hands-on experience in leave management, disability insurance, and group life insurance, and will help design programs, manage vendor relationships, and support market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least ten years of Health & Welfare consulting experience.
• Experience with leave management, disability insurance, and group life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor search and marketing processes for leave, disability, and group life projects.
• Manage program implementations following vendor selection.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Provide senior-level consulting support across plan design, compliance, and benefit strategy.
• Develop opportunities for expanding consulting services and cross-sell to clients.
