Liberty Dental Plan, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive II in West Virginia to strengthen client partnerships and drive strategic account growth.

You will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, proactively identify opportunities, and collaborate across departments to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term client success. The role emphasizes relationship management, renewal leadership, and data-driven recommendations to improve plan performance and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in health insurance account management or related field.
• Experience managing mid-sized or complex client accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead contact for day-to-day client service and strategic account support.
• Develop and execute relationship management strategies aligned with each client's goals.
• Analyze plan utilization, performance trends, and client needs to provide proactive recommendations.
• Lead renewal activities with renewal options, design changes, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Claims, Eligibility, Provider Relations, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and expand offerings.
• Facilitate client meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Support open enrollment strategies and employee education initiatives.
• Maintain accurate client records and renewal milestones in company systems.
• Monitor contractual performance and ensure service commitments are met.
• Mentor junior team members in client service and account management.
