You will collaborate with Claims, Eligibility, Provider Relations, and Finance to ensure excellent service and long-term client success. The role requires at least 4 years in health insurance account management or related fields, strong relationship and presentation skills, and the ability to analyze data to inform design changes and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in health insurance account management or related client services.
• Experience managing mid-sized or complex client accounts preferred.
• Dental or ancillary benefits industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead contact for day-to-day client service and strategic account support.
• Develop and execute relationship management strategies aligned with client goals.
• Analyze plan utilization and performance trends to provide proactive recommendations.
• Lead renewal activities with options, design changes, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with Claims, Eligibility, Provider Relations, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior team members in client service and account management.
